Sustainability

Here at Next Door we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint to protect the local and wider environment.

We have many practices in place to reduce the use of non-renewable energies within the building and are constantly looking forward to further develop these.

All reared meat used at Next Door has been locally sourced within Cheshire and North Wales and all of our seafood is sustainability caught within Britain, we ensure we work with suppliers who offer us full traceability across all of our products.

We operate a no waste policy across all of our food products by using any left over produce in creative ways including powders and stocks.
